Ride Day Stationery / Entry Forms
This section contains essential forms required to run your ride. Please ensure that both pages of the ride entry form are printed, preferably in duplex mode so the rider and trainer declarations can't be separated from the entry form.
Post Ride
Please send completed ride return reconciliation form, with copies of day membership forms to the Registrar. All ride fees to be paid within 14 days of ride. This form will calculate your total payment due, but only if you use Adobe Reader
Manual Forms (Oh bother, the computer is broken)
You should have a copy of the following forms printed just in case your ride computer dies. The most important is the manual BC calculation sheet. Rather than use the old master sheets, it would be best to take a photo of the ride's page from each and every logbook so data entry can be completed at a later date.
