Important: The ride return reconciliation form plus scanned copies of any manual entry forms must be returned to the Registrar within 14 days of your ride.
Computer Armageddon Forms
Emergency Backup Tip: Hopefully you won't need this form, but it is best to have a hard copy on hand in case the ride computer stops working at an inappropriate moment. If the worst-case scenario happens and you are unable to complete data entry, please take a clear photograph of the logbook page or day card for your event for every entered horse, and email/send them directly to the Registrar.
